Tom Patty (Marketing)
Tom learned about marketing from some of the best marketing
people in the world, including Steve Jobs at Apple Computer, Phil Knight,
founder of Nike, and Steve Reinemund, CEO and President of PepsiCo Worldwide.
Tom spent 21 years at one of the most creative and successful ad agencies
in the world, called Chiat/Day. After helping to build the agency from $30
million in billings to more than $1 billion in worldwide billings, Tom was
instrumental in selling (in 1995) the agency to Omnicom, one of the world’s
largest and most respected marketing and advertising companies in the world.
Tom retired in 1998 as President, Nissan Worldwide Account Director.
Dr. Robert Cremer, PE (Testing & Development)
With a background of over 45 years of professional experience
in engineering and law, Dr. Cremer brings depth in the areas of safety,
operations and process design, products liability, and litigation preparedness.
During his career, Dr. Cremer has provided engineering design and executive
management of programs for client organizations and companies including
University of Southern California, U.S. Department of Transportation/National
Transportation Safety Board, TRW, U.S. Air Force, and NASA.
Jim Anderson (Financial)
Jim spent the last 30 years of his career as a Management
Consultant. As a result of this consulting and his professional and management
experiences, he has in depth counseling capabilities in many different business
disciplines, including finance, marketing, inventory control, production
control and general management. After working as a Vice President of Gottfried
Consultants and as Executive Vice President of Mordy and Company, both in
Los Angeles, CA, he started his own management consulting business in Orange
County. During this work he developed in depth experience with clients in
dozens of industries, in both the public and private sectors.
Ron Boring (Operations)
Ron has a proven track record as both a consultant and
operating executive with strong organizational, operational, financial,
and business development accomplishments. He has extensive experience in
business growth, restructuring, acquisitions, mergers and successful operational
performance. He is a proven consultant and executive coach.
