Company logo patches can be made and applied to coveralls, shirts and
sweatshirts. The process is simple, send us an electronic version of
your artwork and the location on the garments you would want it placed
(i.e.: sleeve, left chest etc) and the desired quantity. We will
digitize the artwork and send you a quote for both time and cost within
one day. Typically once we have approved artwork the process takes about
8 days.
Patch vs. Embroidery:
We recommend using patches instead of embroidery because of the reduced
amount of needle puncture through the flame resistant garment. By using
a patch we can bring the needle puncture down from about 3,000 stitches
to less than 200.
Small Quantities:
On small quantities (40 or less) we can still provide custom patches,
however in an effort to reduce your cost we use a process called
sublimation. The final product is similar to a screen print on a patch
which does not involve the cost of digitizing your artwork.
Name Patch:
It is possible to apply a name patch to your flame resistant garment. We
use a standardized block or script style fonts. Download the form below
